LEAD (Learning for Equality and Diversity) builds on the regionally tested LUMI programme and transforms it into a scientifically validated European implementation model. Through cross-national adaptation, standardised delivery and rigorous evaluation, LEAD generates robust evidence on how to strengthen diversity acceptance and wellbeing in primary schools across Europe.
Scaling Evidence for Inclusive Classrooms
Building on LUMI’s success in Vechta, LEAD expands the programme to a European scale. Through research, collaboration and shared learning, LEAD helps children develop empathy, confidence and respect for diversity, because inclusive attitudes are the foundation of strong and connected school communities.
